The Ground Floor Show Disclosure Statement

This letter serves as an "umbrella license" to grant permission to THE GROUND FLOOR SHOW to use copyrighted material royalty free for airplay:

By submitting material to THE GROUND FLOOR SHOW, you represent and warrant that:

We, our customers and licensees shall not be required to make any payments with respect to material that you submit to our sites, including, but not limited to, payments to you, third parties, music publishers, mechanical rights agents, performance rights societies, persons who contributed to or appear in your materials, your licensors, unions or guilds.

By executing this document, the undersigned Artist grants to THE GROUND FLOOR SHOW a non-exclusive license to do all of the following:

Publicly perform and display, for podcasting purposes only, the sound recordings, musical compositions, and/or other audio materials submitted (hereinafter referred to as "submitted materials") by the Artist to THE GROUND FLOOR SHOW.

THE GROUND FLOOR Show shall further be permitted to encode, edit, alter, modify, reproduce, transmit, manufacture, distribute and synchronize with visual images the aforementioned "submitted materials" for the sole purpose of broadcasting the material, in whole or in part, as part of any broadcast produced or sponsored by THE GROUND FLOOR SHOW, syndicated or otherwise.

Make the audio portion of "submitted materials" accessible as audio streams.

Notwithstanding any provision of this document to the contrary, THE GROUND FLOOR shall be strictly prohibited from:

Creating, sampling, copying, or distributing any audio recording or other formatted product that contains the "submitted materials" for the purpose of sale or in-kind transfer to a third party for profit or other benefit to THE GROUND FLOOR SHOW.

Authorizing the streaming, downloading, sharing and anything similar, of submitted full projects of an artist submission(s) that are distributed by the artist for the purpose of profit and/or revenue generating.
